The consideration of environmental issues has a tremendous impact on the development and operations of a supply chain. The aim of the present workis to propose a systematic approach that a firm may use to evaluate its own supply chain environmental performances. The approach integratesindex methods for Environmental Performance Evaluation (EPE) and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) with a multi-criteria model based on the Analytic Network Process (ANP) and BOCR Analysis (Benefits, Opportunities, Costs and Risks).
