concern\\ in\\ this\r\r\narticle\\ is\\ that\\ there\\ may\\ bea\\ time\\ formulation\\ in\\ relativity\r\r\nthat\\ may\\ facilitate\\ the\\ equation\\ of\\ E=mc2\\ that\\ based\\ on\r\r\nthe\\ OPERA\\ experiment\\ with\\ CERN's\\ help\\ may\\ support\r\r\nslower\\ speeds\\ according\\ to\\ Einstein\\ of\\ neutrinos.\\ With\r\r\nthe\\ basic\\ rate\\ law\\ of\\ RxT=D,\\ the\\ new\\ equation\\
